The Centro Superior de Musica de Galicia (CSM) is accepting now applications for the new Promotion Program.

The Promotion Program offers a unique opportunity to connect individual musicians to professional life through various international performing opportunities.

We are currently accepting applications from instrumentalists and conductors.

The Promotion Program offers a path to success in music performance by promoting each individual student to concert organisers, agencies and orchestras.

INSTRUMENTAL PROGRAM

Within the Promotion Program students have the opportunity to participate in concerts and recitals in internationally prestigious theatres and concert halls (including Carnegie Hall and the Musikverein). As well as the possibility of sharing the stage with great professionals in the sector.

CONDUCTING PROGRAM

Within the Promotion Program students have the opportunity to participate in 4 masterclasses per year.  Masterclasses are led by either Maestro Boris Perrenoud (Wiener Musikakademie) or Maestro Cristóbal Soler. Conductors have the opportunity to work with a chamber orchestra and each masterclass concludes with a live concert.

Further to the 4 masterclasses, conductors are able to audition for the opportunity to work as guest conductors with orchestras throughout Europe and South America.

Scholarships of up to € 5000 are available.  

The Centro Superior de Musica de Galicia contributes to the educational and cultural development in Spain through musical training so that each of our students reaches their full potential as an artist and global citizen.
